Project Overview
This project involved Grading and Excavating the yard and installing a new reinforced Concrete Slab in Portland, TX. The goal was to provide a Sturdy Concrete Slab for a future Shed.
Scope of Work
- Excavation & removal of existing grass and soil
- Compacted subgrade for stability
- Reinforcement with rebar
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Control joints to prevent cracking
Challenges & Solutions
The area had very tight access and required temporarily removing a fence section.
Final Result
The finished Concrete Slab provides a clean appearance, improved drainage, and long-term durability designed for a shed.
