This project involved removing an unused In Ground Swimming Pool and replacing with a usable space for the tenants.

Scope of Work

• Demolition and removal of inground swimming pool
• Excavation and Footer Installation for Steel Posts.
• Set up Forms for new Picnic area.
• Reinforcement with rebar
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Control joints to prevent cracking
• Remove Forms
• Site Cleanup

Challenges & Solutions

The existing Concrete Pool had to dug out and hauled away.

Final Result

The finished Concrete Picnic Area provides a clean appearance, improved drainage, and long-term durability designed for use in coastal Texas conditions.
